Fees for recruitment and staffing mandates are governed by the individual service agreement signed with the client, including any replacement guarantee period stated in that agreement.
Training programmes
This website accepts enquiries only - no fee is collected online. Fees for a training programme are payable directly to Engage Partners once your seat is confirmed by our counselling team.
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the batch start date - full refund less administrative charges.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the batch start date - 50% refund.
- After the batch has commenced - no refund; a one-time transfer to a later batch may be permitted at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Write to info@engagepartners.in with your name, programme and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
